1. About Summit Soirées

Summit Soirées is a boutique travel and experience design studio offering personalized travel planning, coordination, and related advisory services. We curate and manage journeys and celebrations through trusted third-party service providers, with a focus on thoughtful design, comfort, and meaningful experiences.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Travel planning and itinerary design

• Accommodation, experience, and activity coordination

• Transportation and on-ground logistics support

• Visa and documentation assistance (advisory support only)

• Concierge-style coordination and pre-departure guidance

The exact scope of services is defined individually for each client and confirmed through written proposals, emails, or service agreements.

3. Role of Summit Soirées

Summit Soirées acts as a planner, curator, and coordinator. We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party vendors unless expressly stated in writing.

All third-party services are subject to the terms, conditions, and operational policies of the respective providers.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including traveler details and documents

• Reviewing itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and terms before confirmation

• Complying with visa, immigration, health, and safety requirements

• Making payments as per agreed schedules

Summit Soirées shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the client.

5. Fees, Payments, Taxes & Charges

All service fees, quotations, and cost estimates shared by Summit Soirées are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

GST and any other statutory taxes, where applicable, will be added at the time of invoicing and shall be payable by the client.

Any additional costs arising from:

• Bank charges

• International or domestic transfer fees

• Currency conversion or foreign exchange charges

• Payment gateway or transaction fees

shall be borne by the client.

Payment schedules, deadlines, and modes of payment are defined in individual proposals or service agreements shared prior to confirmation.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, amendment, and refund terms are trip-specific and depend on the policies of third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and local vendors.

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Planning, coordination, or service fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Summit Soirées is not responsible for non-recoverable amounts retained by third-party providers.

Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to availability, additional charges, or revision fees.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, personal liability, and unforeseen events.

Summit Soirées shall not be responsible for any losses or expenses arising due to the absence or inadequacy of travel insurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Summit Soirées shall not be held liable for:

• Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, government actions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control

• Visa rejections, immigration delays, or regulatory decisions

• Acts, omissions, or service failures of third-party providers

Any liability, if established, shall be limited to the service fees paid directly to Summit Soirées for the affected services.

9. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, proposals, designs, content, documents, and materials created by Summit Soirées remain its exclusive intellectual property and may not be copied, shared, or reused without prior written consent.

Unless expressly declined in writing, Summit Soirées may use anonymized testimonials, images, or experiences for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes, while respecting client privacy and dignity.

10. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared with Summit Soirées is treated as confidential and used solely for service coordination and communication. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

Either party may discontinue discussions prior to confirmation without obligation. Once services are confirmed, termination terms shall be governed by the agreed proposal and applicable third-party policies.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.

13. Updates to These Terms

Summit Soirées reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
